DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

1.2. Buyer (Customer):

The following information is shared by the customer at the time of purchase in exchange for the supply of the product or service by Furu Mobilya Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. and is protected within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

1.3. Other Sellers Listed on the Platform:
Within the scope of this agreement, third-party sellers who sell through other websites or to whom the buyer is directed by us may also be included as "sellers." The buyer acknowledges that the product's seller is listed on its own platform and that the buyer can access the seller’s contact information when necessary.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement determines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product or service, whose type and sales price are specified, ordered by the buyer via the website furu.com.tr, in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant Regulation on Distance Contracts.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

4.1. The product is delivered to the delivery address specified by the buyer at the time of order, within the legal period and no later than 15 days.
4.2. Delivery is carried out provided that the seller’s stock is available.
4.3. If the product is not sold directly by the platform owner, the original seller of the product is solely responsible for delivery.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
5.2. The returned product under the right of withdrawal must be unused and in resalable condition.
5.3. The return shipping cost under the right of withdrawal is borne by the [Seller].
5.4. Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised (custom-made products, hygienic products, etc.) are specified separately on the platform.

6. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

6.1. Payments are collected via Iyzico (iyzico.com) payment infrastructure.
6.2. Refunds are made through Iyzico, using the same payment method used by the buyer, once approved due to the right of withdrawal or product defect.

7. LIABILITY
7.1. furufurniture.com is directly responsible for products offered for sale under its own brand.

8. COMPETENT COURT

In the event of disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.

9. ENFORCEMENT

By confirming the order, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all the provisions of this agreement.
This agreement is deemed approved when the buyer purchases a product.

DELIVERY & RETURN CONDITIONS

1. DELIVERY TERMS
1.1. The product ordered by the Buyer via [furufurniture.com] will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest.

1.2. The delivery time may vary depending on the supply, production, and shipping conditions of the product. For custom-made or personalized products, this period may be extended and is specified separately on the product page.

1.3. The product will be delivered to the person or address specified by the Buyer. If the Buyer is not present at the address at the time of delivery, the Seller is deemed to have fulfilled its delivery obligation.

1.4. If the product is sold directly by the platform owner ([furu.com.tr]), the platform owner is responsible for delivery. However, if the product is sold by a third-party seller, the delivery obligation belongs to the relevant seller.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FEE
2.1. Unless otherwise stated, the shipping fee is borne by the Buyer.

2.2. Free shipping campaigns are clearly indicated on the product detail page.

2.3. In case of return, which party will bear the shipping cost for returns made under the right of withdrawal may vary depending on the product features and legal regulations and is specified on the product detail page.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
3.1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.

3.2. The withdrawal notice can be submitted through the “Contact” page on [furufurniture.com] or in writing to [destek@furu.com.tr].

3.3. Under the right of withdrawal: The product must be sent in its original packaging, complete, and in a resalable condition. The product must be handed over to the return shipment within 14 days following the withdrawal notice. The tracking information must be shared with the platform or the relevant seller.

3.4. Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the product price will be refunded via the Iyzico payment infrastructure, using the same payment method used by the Buyer, within 35 days at the latest.

4. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products and services:

Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s requests or clearly personalized (e.g., made-to-measure furniture),
Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged,
Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons,
Electronically delivered services or digital products.

5. RETURN PROCESS AND ADDRESS
5.1. For returns, the product must be sent to the address specified on the product page or to the return address provided by the Seller.

5.2. The platform owner is only responsible for the return process for products sold by itself. For products purchased from other sellers, return and exchange procedures are carried out directly with the relevant seller.

5.3. All return processes are carried out in compliance with the applicable legal regulations and the Law on Consumer Protection.

6. ENFORCEMENT

By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the provisions of this agreement.
This agreement is deemed to be approved when the Buyer purchases a product.
